We make our wooden spoons one at a time in our western North Carolina workshop. Our designs evolve from need. Mixing spoons are perfect for pasta salads and making sweet bread and muffins. They are strong enough to handle a stiff dough.
We make long-handled spoons for making jelly and toffee. We use only the best hardwoods just like the early settlers and inhabitants of this area did.
We carve spoons – big ones to serve beans, little ones to pull a pickled onion from a skinny jar.
